It was a pleasure to join the Cascades Senior Center community this week for Breakfast & Coffee! I provided updates on the No Overnight Parking signs coming to Whitfield Place in January and took questions from community members.

The Cascades Senior Center is a gem in our community, offering daily meals and hosting fun activities, such as:

• Knit & Crochet Group
• Computer lab for daily use and technology classes.
• An aerobics / dance studio and an activity room.
• A health room for regularly scheduled blood pressure checks and one-on-one appointments with Loudoun County social services staff.
