You are invited to attend the Sterling Open House or one of the other five open houses where you will have the opportunity to review and comment on the county’s proposed new Comprehensive Plan. Each meeting will follow the same format, in which participants can “drop in” to meet with county staff, learn more about the new Comprehensive Plan, and provide feedback on the draft plans. The new Comprehensive Plan will outline policies for addressing the county’s most pressing issues, many of which were identified during the first two rounds of public outreach. These issues include land use, community facilities, infrastructure development, transportation, residential housing choices, and the “place types” that will define Loudoun County over the next 20 years.
