I decided to make a YouTube video (with help from Vinny) of some dances we have done in our Thursday morning class, in hopes that you’ll get motivated to get up, move and do a little dancing. Think of it as a distraction from our stay at home routine we’ve had for awhile. My plan is try and do a video each week with different dances and send to the group. I hope you enjoy!!!!
