Zoom Classes
The Senior Center is currently offering seven (7) Zoom classes, including:
- ESL
- Teen Tech
- Conversational Spanish
- Beginning Spanish II
- Yoga/Breathing/Meditation
- Current Events
- Knit & Crochet
Planning to offer “Learn Mandarin” starting next week
In order to participate in a Zoom video conference, all you need is a computer or laptop – preferably with a camera – or a smartphone with the Zoom app uploaded. First-time users can download the Zoom User Guide.
All registered or regular participants will receive an email invitation with a link to join the Zoom call. If you are a part of a group and haven’t received an invite, please call the center to request information.
Any senior center member who would like to participate in Zoom calls should call the center to register.
Cascades Thursday Intro to Line Dance Class, Level 1, with Celeste
I decided to make a 
YouTube video (with help from Vinny) of some dances we have done in our Thursday morning class, in hopes that you’ll get motivated to get up, move and do a little dancing. Think of it as a distraction from our stay at home routine we’ve had for awhile. My plan is try and do a video each week with different dances and send to the group. I hope you enjoy!!!!
