September is Health & Wellness month

2nd Annual “Passport to Wellness”

Members can pick up their passports in the office. Members will receive stamps in their passports for qualifying healthy activities. Any current exercise/healthy activity (aerobics, rejuvenating exercise, Scottish dance, line dancing, yoga, tai chi, yoga DVD, Zumba, blood pressure check, pickle ball, ball room dancing, water aerobics) will qualify for a stamp in the passport. Scheduled Senior Center health professional presentations also qualify. Drawings for prizes will be held the first week in October. The passport with the most stamps wins a special prize
